Position Summary: The Accounts Payable position is responsible for efficient and timely invoice and account processing for a hotel property that includes an on-site restaurant and spa. This position provides support with monthly inventory, and works closely with vendors on a regular basis. The Accounts Payable position will execute duties while upholding The Cliffs Mission and Values.

Ability to work with people effectively
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma
1-2 years prior experience in Accounts Payable and/or certification and/or Accounting degree
Excellent command of English language
Communication - verbal and written; phone skills a must
Data entry skills, basic math skills, 10-Key Accuracy
Word/Excel proficient
Ability to sit continuously for the duration of the shift (eight or more hours).
Ability to lift small packages (excess of 50 pounds).
Ability to work in stressful situations.
