Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join us at our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

  • Leadership skills, strong communication, adaptability and attention to detail a must.
  • Exceptional Organizational and planning skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • JD Edwards and Enterprise One experience.
  • Advanced abilities with Excel.
  • Knowledge and Familiarity with Concur Expense Processing System.
  • Purchasing Card management experience.
  • Three years of experience in Accounts Payable background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the efficient processing of a high volume of invoices.
  • Manage weekly payment runs; supervise and manage staff and processes.
  • Streamline workflows to meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Responsibility for new vendor setups and maintenance.
  • Complete 1099 reporting requirements.
  • Assist with audits and quarterly reporting.
