About The Position

The Accounts Payable Specialist at Champion Motorsports Group is responsible for managing the company's financial obligations, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
• Strong knowledge of Tier 1 ERP systems, with NetSuite experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in the 3-way matching process.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the wholesale distribution industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable duties as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing of receivables.
• Utilize 3-way match procedures to verify the accuracy of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Leverage Tier 1 ERP systems to manage financial data and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
