Requirements
- 4+ years of accounts payable experience.
- Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Team player who can work independently and handle a variety of responsibilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple assignments.
Nice To Haves
- Viewpoint Software experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Input invoices, subcontracts, and purchase orders into our accounting software.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements.
- Ensure payments are timely and accurate, and comply with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve past due accounts.
- Provide internal and external customer service and support.
- File, scan, and organize documents.
