Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus one year of related experience
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Team player that is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is capable of working in a high transaction volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Knowledgeable in Great Plains preferred
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Process expense reports in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with departmental procedures
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Match Castle Pines invoices to purchase orders daily in an accurate manner
- Answer vendor inquiries
- Assist in monthly closings
- Print and obtain signatures on all accounts payable checks
- Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
- Request statements from vendors
- Process multi-currency invoices
