About The Position

This role provides administrative and accounting support to the Shared Services Group, with a primary focus on accounts payable processing and credit card transactions. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial operations and maintaining strong internal controls.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field required
2–4 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience working with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Primarily desk-based role with regular computer use
May require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred

Responsibilities

Process credit card transactions through online platforms
Enter and process non-ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) invoices
Review and analyze freight files from third-party providers
Process employee expense reports in Concur
Post and reconcile Concur-related entries
Perform monthly account reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed
Support and maintain the 1099 reporting process
Ensure accurate recordkeeping in compliance with company policies and retention requirements
Assist with special projects and reporting as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency
