Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
• Solid understanding of AP processes and fundamental accounting principles
• Experience using SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with digital document management
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and professional interpersonal abilities, with effective time management and prioritization

Responsibilities

• Verify account distributions, approvals, and disbursement authorizations
• Review, process, and enter invoices using matching procedures, resolving discrepancies
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to address invoice and PO issues
• Maintain and update vendor master data, including tax and banking information
• Assist with month-end accruals, close activities, and support multiple entities
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of AP transactions while providing backup support as needed
