THE ROLE Merch Traffic, LLC is a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for managing high-volume, fast-paced payables related to touring operations, artist merchandise, e-commerce, pop-up retail locations, and general business expenses. This role ensures vendors, artists, venues, and partners are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong internal controls and organized financial records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Experience of handling high-volume invoices and frequent vendor setups
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding, payment processing, and expense coding
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
- Strong communication skills for working with vendors, tour managers, and internal teams

- Experience in merchandising, touring, live events, or retail apparel
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable for tour-related, artist-related, and general merchandise invoices
- Review, code, and process FedEx and freight invoices, ensuring proper expense allocation
- Process e-commerce related invoices
- Process floats and cash advances associated with touring and events
- Process venue-related invoices, including hall fees and applicable taxes
- Review and process truck, transportation, and tour logistics invoices
- Handle miscellaneous tour-related invoices, including supplies and media services
- Process and track marketing expenses across tours, merchandise launches, and campaigns
- Set up new vendors and process invoices for tour and pop-up security services
- Ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and compliance with company policies
- Maintain organized records for audits and internal reporting
