As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you won't just support accounting operations - you'll be an owner contributing to the firm's financial integrity and long-term success. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will manage full-cycle accounts payable operations, including processing invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across vendor records and payment workflows. You will prepare weekly check runs, maintain vendor files (including W-9s and ACH information), support 1099 reconciliation and filing, and assist with audit and reporting needs. You will also support accounting leadership with data entry, reconciliations, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
