Requirements

High school diploma
Automotive dealership accounting experience- REQUIRED
Automotive DMS experience (Tekion preferred)
Comfortable in a high-volume email/call environment
Strong organization and attention to detail
Able to work independently and with a team
Full-time availability with cutoff flexibility
Professional and dependable

Responsibilities

Reviewing, processing, and reconciling vendor invoices and statements accurately and on time
Managing payment schedules in coordination with a third-party payment processor
Ensuring expenses are properly approved and issuing payments by management authorization
Maintaining up-to-date vendor records, including tax documentation
Preparing and processing annual 1099-NEC filings in compliance with IRS requirements
