Carlton Fields is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist II for its downtown Tampa office.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a professional office setting
- Typing and data entry (10-key and alpha) skills are required
- experience with IRS forms W-9, 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC
- Attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- invoice auditing
- general ledger coding
- payment processing
- answer and research vendor calls
- ensure daily accounts payable processes are completed
