About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy accounting team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Nice To Haves
- Concur experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process and code vendor invoices in the ERP system
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries
- Support expense report processing
