About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Accounts Payable / Office Administrator to support day‑to‑day financial and administrative operations. This role handles invoice processing, basic accounting tasks, and general office support to keep operations running smoothly. Construction industry experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience with accounts payable or office administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and time‑management skills

Responsibilities

  • Process and code vendor invoices
  • Manage accounts payable and assist with payment processing
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain organized financial and office records
  • Support general office administration and coordination
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed
