Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by issuing payments; processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: 1. One year of clerical experience OR two courses in Accounting. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Associate’s Degree in Business or related field.
