Acentra Health is looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting the accounts' payable function, with a primary focus on managing the AP inbox, tracking invoice approvals, requesting PO updates, processing purchase order vouchers, and performing accurate, timely AP and PO invoice entry into Deltek Costpoint. Responsibilities also include supporting the team with various reconciliation and inquiry-related tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage a high volume of transactions with efficiency and professionalism.
