Position Description Modine is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible high school or college student who can bring their skills to the workplace. The Accounts Payable Apprentice/Inern will support the AP Coordinators. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices; ensures all necessary supporting documentation has been obtained and filed; and builds relationships with both internal employees and external vendors. The position will provide the opportunity to apply academic coursework in a semi-professional setting.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachellor's/Associate's degree or enrolled in a High School Co-op program
- Interest in the business field
- Ability to multi-task
- Enthusiasm to learn
- Itermidate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Recieve vendor invoices and excute the 3-Way match for invoice entry for product recieved
- Recieve service invoices and obtain proper approval and documentation for inovoice entry
- Assist with other responsibilites as needed
