About The Position

DEFINITION: Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable including, receiving invoices for payment and verifying all supporting documentation, entering of invoices into accounts payable system, payment of invoices according to due date, and maintaining electronic filing system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Knowledge of Accounting software
  • Spreadsheet software
  • Word Processing software

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience of accounts payable experience in a healthcare setting.
