We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships.

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including reviewing, coding, and entering invoices into NetSuite.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve payment issues.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to AP activities.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
