Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices for multiple locations nationwide. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with auditing invoices for accuracy and completeness, coding and vouchering invoices for payment while ensuring correct general ledger codes and location numbers are accurate before processing. You will maintain vendor files and reconcile statements from vendors at the end of every month. Additionally, you will research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner, and route invoices for approval. This role may also involve performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting department.
