About The Position
Enterprise Electronics Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for its manufacturing facility located in Enterprise, Alabama. The Accounts Payable Clerk will perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred
- Knowledge of MAPICS/INFOR ERP system is desired
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable process from receipt of invoices to check printing/wire transfers
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Communicate with vendors regarding status of their account, either in writing or verbally
- Assist with General Ledger reconciliations and analysis at month-end
