About The Position

The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the Accounts Payable team by performing day‑to‑day transactional activities, including invoice processing, data entry, file management, and payment support. This is an entry‑level role designed to build foundational accounts with payable knowledge while ensuring timely and accurate processing in a fast‑paced environment. This role reports to the AP Manager. The hourly range for this position is $23 - $32.20. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to do basic problem solving
  • Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals
  • Ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 1 year experience in an office setting preferred
  • Experience Oracle Enterprise (JD Edwards)
  • Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage assigned Accounts Payable email inboxes
  • Review invoices within AP automation software and JD Edwards (JDE)
  • Support P2P – COUPA payment processing and supplier onboarding
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements and assist with issue resolution
  • Maintain Accounts Payable filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Assist with weekly payment processing activities
  • Support internal departments and managers with AP‑related inquiries
  • Assist with monthly corporate card reconciliations (Concur)
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments on shared initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
