Join Warm Beach Camp Ministries; as the Accounts Payable Bookkeeper and serve in a support role or "behind the scenes" aspect of the ministry that is important for the support of the continued growth and Kingdom work happening at the 3 campuses of Warm Beach Camp Ministries! Duties will include receiving, entering invoices and all receipts, reviewing them for accuracy, and processing payments to vendors. Managing all sales tax, 1099 requirements and assisting with cash flow analysis and restricted fund tracking will be included in the duties as well. SPECIFICS & COMPESNATION: Pay rate will start at $22.00/hour up to $24.00/hour depending on skills and experience. Position starts March 2026. This is a full-time, year round position of 32-40 hours a week. Shifts will primarily be Monday-Friday with some weekend shifts or change of schedule during our Holiday event in Nov & Dec. Requirements

  • General Qualifications: The standard qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff is being willing and able in good conscience to support our statement of faith, values and mission as an Evangelical Christian, non-profit ministry.
  • We are looking for people who are willing and able to assist as needed, is teachable and willing to learn and great customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Management Team to get all invoices/receipts approved before entry into accounting software.
  • Post transactions into Accounts Payable.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and utilize software for receival of backup and approvals.
  • Answer all vendor inquiries.
  • Analyze and reconcile vendor statements each month.
  • Work with HR & Business Manager and C.O.O. in managing cash flow.
  • Prepare accounts payable checks and payments.
  • Maintain check registers for AP and all bank related activity on the accounts.
  • Monitor sales tax and use tax on all transactions as needed and submit to state monthly records.
  • Maintain capital projects and/or restricted funds worksheets.
  • Document and maintain all accounts payable files.
  • Prepare analysis and reconciliation of accounts, as required.
  • Reconcile and batch bankcard deposits as requested.
  • Assist with mailroom and other Business Office duties as needed.
  • Provide Business Office support during The Lights of Christmas, as assigned.
