Want to join our team as a Part-Time Temporary Accounts Payable Associate? This is a 6-month Temporary role reporting to the Accounts Payable and Treasury Manager working 3 days a week out of our Exeter, NH office.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• SAP and Concur experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize invoices and accurately enter them into the database.
• Resolve financial discrepancies on invoices, respond to inquiries, and research the solutions.
• Partner with vendors and in-house customers to research missing documents, pricing and quantity changes.
• Settle past due accounts and statements.
• Ensure compliance with the corporate policies and procedures.
