About The Position

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and dedicated team? Pinnacle Propane, a leading propane distribution business operating in nine US states, is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate. At Pinnacle Propane, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and employees. The Account Payable Associate is expected to support the team in executing all AP activities. Send and file external and internal correspondence and communication. Collect, control, and process data; execute changes in a timely manner. Be adaptable to the fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years' experience in AP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advance Excel skills.
• Knowledge of applicable business practices and accepted AP business processes
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to change
• English, fluent proficiency, verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with Great Plains, Workplace and Wells Fargo Invoice Manager (training offered)
• Knowledge of Spanish an advantage

Responsibilities

• Processing open items using our ERP system(s) GP and Invoice Manager
• Update ACH data
• Contact with internal/external customers
• Scanning invoices
• Resolving inquiries within 24 hours
• Assist team members to complete tasks
