About The Position

Processes and reviews invoices for accuracy, approvals, and compliance. Supports batch processing, reconciliation, and invoice-related research. Works under supervision with some independent responsibilities to ensure accurate financial transactions.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
Minimum 2 years work experience in a related field
Basic PC skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be a detailed oriented individual

Responsibilities

Input basic invoices into the AP system. Verify vendor information, appropriate approvals, prior balances, sales tax data and GL coding.
Assist in maintaining accurate files and responding to vendor and internal customer inquiries
Prepare various entries, reports and special projects as assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor or Senior.
