About The Position

Do you enjoy a fast paced, high volume environment? If you have a flair for spotting numerical mistakes and enjoy following up with vendors, we want to talk to you! All Roads in Dundalk is searching for an experienced, detail oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team.
Salary & Schedule:
Monday - Friday, full time hours with flexible but consistent starting time
$23 - $26 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
• Takes initiative/ recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction

Responsibilities

• Full cycle A/P including...PO matching, vouchering, reconciling to vendor statements, and disbursements
• Research and resolve any discrepancies
• Manage fixed payments
• Accurately process vendor checks
• Ability to handle up to 500 invoices per week
• Vendor maintenance, reconcile monthly invoices
• Maintain files and documentation accurately and in accordance with GAAP
