Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounts payable tasks
- Process invoices
- Receive invoices through shared mailbox
- Send out invoices to designated managers for approval
- Process invoices for payment per managers instructions
- Shadow current AP teams in different offices to document processes
- Work with leader to build out future state process
- Help integrate Business Units into new streamlined process
Requirements
- Must have 4 years of full cycle AP experience
- ERP experience
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Fairly tech savvy
