About The Position

Vaco is hiring two Accounts Payable Analysts for a direct-hire opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) offers stability and career growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable and customer support experience required
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and full AP cycle
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (Oracle Fusion a plus)
• Experience using service management ticketing tools preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes in Oracle Fusion, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Work cross-functionally to resolve supplier invoicing and purchase order issues
• Monitor supplier accounts to ensure timely payments and proactively address issues
• Reconcile vendor accounts, research discrepancies, and provide data-driven insights
• Respond to internal and external inquiries within SLA timelines using JIRA
• Assist in month-end close, including reconciliations and accruals
• Audit P-card and T&E transactions for policy compliance and accuracy
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audits
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Maintain SOPs, training materials, and team documentation
