Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace, high volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Experience in a dispersed organization (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability & desire to interact collaboratively with branch and headquarters management

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payments to supplier statements
• Be able to work independently yet function as part of a team
• Make recommendations for improvements to accounting processes
• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and provide knowledgeable answers to branch personnel and insurance authorities
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned
• Other duties, as assigned
