About The Position

Join our growing team at Miller Transportation Group as an Accounts Payable Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division at our corporate headquarters in Mount Holly, NJ. The Accounts Payable Administrator will work with vendors and managers to ensure accounts are paid timely and accurately.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated by an ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • Active listening skills, exhibited by understanding other perspectives.
  • A value for collaborating with others and fostering a positive work environment.
  • A strong sense of personal responsibility for individual tasks including an eagerness to learn and own new tasks to support the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
  • Careful attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable vouchers.
  • Monitor and respond timely to vendor account inquiries.
  • Research and resolve issues and exceptions timely to ensure vendor balances due are kept low.
  • Support other various projects as needed.
