About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivable or payable roles.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and generating financial reports.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Strong numerical aptitude and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage filing and record-keeping systems.
Data entry and word processing skills, with a focus on accuracy.
Professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills and a courteous, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide essential accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Accurately prepare, update, and maintain financial documents and records.
Enter financial transaction data into the database daily with precision.
Assist company personnel with financial inquiries and support as needed.
Process invoices and billings in a timely manner.
Resolve discrepancies in accounts to maintain accuracy.
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and other inquiries.
Manage vendor files and records, ensuring they are kept up to date.
