About The Position

We are seeking an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Specialist with clerical accounting expertise. As an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be a key part of the accounting department and play an integral part within the company. You will work closely within the department while fostering strong relationships with other departments. This position will work out of our corporate office in Spokane, WA.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clerical accounting
• Proven Microsoft Excel experience and proficiency
• Ability to learn accounting ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good team player and with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time while prioritizing tasks
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable duties
• Process tenant payments including depositing checks and applying payments to tenant ledgers
• Facilitate tenant invoicing process
• Maintaining records of financial documents with supporting materials
• Adhering to company safety requirements
• Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned
