The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator assists and supports the accounting team with financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts. The Accounts Payable / Receivable Coordinator ensures the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support the accounting team with financial, clerical, and administrative services.
- Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of accounts payable & accounts receivable experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
