About The Position

WisdomTree is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting Team. This role supports the accounts payable function across multiple entities, assisting with day-to-day AP operations, vendor management, and close activities, while contributing to various accounting projects as needed

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
Experience with SAP Concur Expense Solutions preferred

Responsibilities

Support the accounts payable cycle across multiple entities in Sage Intacct, including invoice coding and entry, approval workflow coordination, payment processing, and vendor management
Maintain and update vendor records in Sage Intacct, ensuring accurate W-9 documentation, tax identification numbers, and payment instructions
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to vendor payments, invoice status, and vendor onboarding
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including expense accruals and account reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries as needed
Review and approve employee expense reports in SAP Concur in accordance with company policies
Support quarterly reviews and annual audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests
Assist with process improvements and accounting projects as needed
