Role Purpose As an Accounts Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the Capricorn Group. This position is responsible for daily banking and receipting activities, cash book reconciliations, and processing corporate supplier payments. You will contribute to the delivery of accurate accounting and reporting outcomes while actively identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. Requirements

  • A positive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation
  • Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • 3–5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Epicor or MS Dynamics ERP systems is desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a related discipline are desirable but not essential
