Minimum Qualifications Graduation from High School and five years of experience in accounting work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Entry to mid-level experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or financial data entry. Experience in processing daily deposits and financial transactions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software. Preferred Qualifications 4-year degree in Accounting + 1 year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in internal accounting within a university, state government, or public sector environment. Experience with journal entries, fund reconciliation, fund authority forms, and budget revisions.
