About The Position

The Accounting Team Lead – International plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting of Ace Hardware Corporation’s international business unit. This role leads critical aspects of the month-end close process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting, while also serving as a lead on cross-functional projects and process improvements. The position provides day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and workflow oversight for two Senior Accountants through indirect supervision. This position reports to the Senior Accounting Manager – International and sits within the General Accounting team. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Minimum five years of prior accounting related experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to implement automation and process improvements
Excelled verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
