Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Experience gathering business requirements and designing processes in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Practical experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS), budgeting tools (Vena, Anaplan), project management software (Asana), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and scripting/querying languages (SQL, Python).
  • CPA or equivalent certification and experience in real estate, property management, or private equity environments are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the acquisition, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of financial systems, processes, and software.
  • Lead or support system updates, conversions, and rollouts by evaluating business needs and recommending practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver reporting solutions, leveraging tools such as Power BI.
  • Maintain and enhance the reporting environment by troubleshooting issues, developing reports, and creating data models.
  • Analyze and reconcile data discrepancies between systems and processes as required.
  • Contribute to all phases of system enhancements, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and change management.
  • Identify and implement business process improvements through workflow documentation and project planning.
  • Provide support for financial and administrative tasks, including ad hoc reporting and analysis.
