About The Position

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with automation and data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, Power Query, SQL, R, etc.) is highly valued.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• A passion for learning and applying new technologies to accounting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement using AI, data analytics, and automation tools (e.g., Python, Tableau, Snowflake, Sigma, UiPath, DataCamp, and others).
• Analyze and automate accounting workflows, supporting quarterly SEC filings and financial reporting.
• Participate in projects that modernize our accounting operations, such as automating reconciliations, leveraging large language models for reporting, and developing dashboards for actionable insights.
• Present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating your ability to think critically and drive change.
