Temp RPM Staffing is looking for an Accounting Specialist for a Warehouse in Bonham, TX! Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service, data entry, or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in accounting or a similar role, with a focus on bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Possess a positive attitude
• Ability to motivate & set a good example
• Maintain company values accordingly

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process incoming payments by check, credit card and EFT
• Post daily cash receipts and reconcile bank transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update vendor and customer records
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash transactions
• Assist with sales tax
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues
• Generate and review financial reports
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation
