About The Position

Dealer Services Network is a tech-enabled platform for mobility providers that delivers TaaS™ (Title as a Service), workflow and content management services, and compliance solutions through its proprietary DealTracker™ platform to automotive dealers, rental car companies, consumers and governmental agencies. Job Title: Accounting Specialist Dept: Accounting Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 Position Summary: The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks within the accounting team. A successful accounting clerk should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers, in addition to ensuring that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively. Duties and Responsibilities: EFS Daily Transactions for Project Lightning (4 locations) so DSNL can process rebates Daily deposits for 4 companies Out of state process (on a weekly basis) Pennsylvania daily entries Process refunds daily Assist with vendor 1099 compliance Qualifications/Requirements: Local/Onsite (South Florida) 1-2 years of accounting experience Previous bookkeeping experience a plus Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP experience a plus Skills and Attitudes: Excellent communication, customer service, and strong organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as with a team Willing to take on new challenges Good analytical review skills Ability to perform essential job functions Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8-hour shift – 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Full Time – Monday – Friday Pay – Hourly pay will be based on experience and knowledge. If an applicant is qualified, an interview will be set up with the hiring Manager. If selected for the position a background check form will be forwarded for completion. Once the results of the background are received and cleared, an offer of employment will be forwarded, and a start date can be determined. The Onboarding (new hire) process will be forwarded to the candidate for completion.

Requirements

  • Local/Onsite (South Florida)
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to perform essential job functions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous bookkeeping experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
  • ERP experience a plus
