About The Position

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual GCB regulations, Station Casinos’ Internal Control system, daily flashes, and month end requirements, NGC Taxes and all department procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guest, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• PC and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and establish priorities effectively.
• Must be able to access all areas of the casino as part of the requirements to preform duties.
• Flexible working hours and schedule required.
• Must be able to travel to all our casino properties and at different times then scheduled hours to complete monthly, quarterly and annual MICS requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos “We Win Hearts” company-wide culture.
• Ensure compliance of the GCB MICS, Controls, IPE’s and Reg’s.
• Perform regulatory compliance audit procedures and other assurance and consulting type reviews that management may deem appropriate.
• Ensure that regulatory compliance audit procedures are completed in a timely manner and have supporting documentation.
• Assist properties in standardizing and improving regulatory compliance procedures at existing properties.
• Assist with the setup of the regulatory compliance processes at new properties
