In this role, you'll support regulatory engagement efforts, prepare and track reporting submissions, and help ensure compliance with evolving gaming regulations. As a Regulatory Gaming Compliance Specialist, you'll collaborate cross-functionally, maintain critical documentation, and contribute to accurate and timely regulatory reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related function within a highly regulated industry.
Experience supporting the interpretation of regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support regulator-facing interactions.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and collaboration platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack).

Nice To Haves

advanced degree is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory bodies is preferred.
Experience in gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or a similarly regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support regulatory engagement activities by preparing responses to regulator inquiries, requests, examinations, and audits.
Assist in the preparation and submission of recurring and ad hoc regulatory reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review and interpret regulatory requirements, translating them into clear guidance for internal stakeholders with oversight from senior team members.
Maintain and update documentation of regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and key timelines across jurisdictions.
Track and communicate reporting deadlines, submission statuses, and regulatory updates using internal tools and systems.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations to support alignment of systems, workflows, and reporting with regulatory requirements.
Support new market and product launches by contributing to regulatory readiness efforts and tracking applicable requirements.
Monitor regulatory developments and escalate relevant changes to support updates to compliance policies, processes, and product features.
