About The Position

O’Neill Healthcare is seeking an accounting specialist to join our dynamic team and support the accounting functions of our Healthcare Management office! This office assists nursing homes and assisted living facilities on Cleveland's west side and employs over 975 staff members. This position offers exciting project-based work, utilizing Microsoft Excel, other Office 365 applications, Microsoft Dynamics GP general ledger, Point Click Care, ADP, QuickBooks, and other software to manage workflows. Daily tasks will include gathering information, compiling data, running reports, and preparing and posting journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Filter and find data discrepancies by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify problems. While accounting knowledge is a requirement, long-term care experience is beneficial, but not required. The onsite job offers a supportive, fun team environment that values your contributions.
