About The Position

The Accounting Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and healthcare billing practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in accounting required.
• Must have a strong understanding of the financial operations.
• Strong computer skills and be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (especially excel) and Sage or other accounting platform.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, be decisive, tactful, and flexible.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to hit the floor running.
