Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Avalara is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
• Analyze customer accounts for payment issues and discrepancies
• Generate and distribute customer invoices
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts
• Follow up on collections and properly apply payments
• Enter non-EDI wholesale orders
• Process employee expense reports
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
• Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close
• Provide general support across the finance and accounting function
