About The Position

This position supports this mission by providing accounting support for Dining Services operations, including processing daily sales receipts and deposits, submitting vendor accounts-payable invoices, and managing accounts-receivable activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years of related experience.
• To be considered for this position we will require an application, resume, and cover letter.
• Unofficial transcripts are required for all Adjunct faculty and Faculty positions.
• finalists for this position will be subject to criminal background investigations.

Responsibilities

• Count cash drawers and reconcile daily sales with tenders.
• Prepare bank deposits and complete related documentation.
• Maintain the Dining vault room, ensure accurate till balances, and clean or rebuild cash drawers.
• Process and submit invoices for payment and maintain vendor account balances.
• Support year-end accrual activities.
• Coordinate vendor inquiries, issue resolution, and account setup with designated Dining Services staff.
• Assist internal business partners with customer service needs related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Assist less experienced team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
