Job Summary This position is responsible for reviewing and maintaining accurate project costs, analyzing customer and project performance, and preparing project billings. This position is the lead accounting contact for all assigned Project Managers for all of their accounting needs. Assists with training and implementation of accounting processes. Performs miscellaneous accounting functions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in an accounting related discipline, or equivalent accounting experience.
Must have at least 2 years of accounting or billing related work experience.
Must be proficient in using email, database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications: specifically Microsoft Office products.
Must be willing to learn new software applications.
Time management and prioritizing skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills.
Be creative, flexible, adaptable, and excellent teamwork skills.
Works without direct supervision with different personalities and under pressure.
Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Previous construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
