Accounting/Production Admin

Cognito MotorsportsBakersfield, CA
23h$20 - $25Onsite

About The Position

This role primarily supports the accuracy and flow of accounting operations, while maintaining close coordination with production and inventory. You will play a key role in ensuring invoices, reconciliations, and financial data are correct and timely, while also supporting the operational inputs that drive those numbers. When this role is done well, financial records are clean, discrepancies are caught early, vendors and customers are handled professionally, and production data flows accurately into accounting. Who This Role Is a Good Fit For You are detail-oriented and naturally skeptical of numbers until they tie out. You enjoy reconciliation, tracking down discrepancies, and keeping records clean. You are comfortable working in ERP systems and Excel daily. You can communicate clearly with both accounting and operations teams. You take ownership of your work and follow through consistently. Who This Role Is Likely Not a Fit For You prefer purely operational or production-focused roles. You are not comfortable working with financial data or reconciliations. You struggle with attention to detail or managing multiple deadlines. You prefer highly repetitive work with little variation or problem-solving.
