We are currently seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to lead and optimize the firm’s accounting operations. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all accounting functions while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting activities, developing streamlined workflows, and maintaining strong internal controls to support the firm’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven accounting professional with proven experience leading teams, improving operational processes, and driving consistent performance across multiple locations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster collaboration are essential. This position can be based in Cincinnati, OH or Louisville, KY.
